Creating a style was important for me, because it was my key to having a memorable animation.
Adding life to the scenes and attention to details was one of my favorite parts of creating my animation.
Adding Sound
A lot of the sounds I used for the animation were gathered and made by me. It was a lot of fun creating the sounds. Below are a few examples with how I made them.
Bamboo Growing
This sound was made by pulling a napkin through my fingers.
Mountain Forming
I made this by dragging a large rock against stone pavement.
Walking
This was made by me simply walking outside. Sometimes simple solutions are best.
Portal Opening
For this sound I combined a whistle with the striking of a match.
Dragon Flying
This sound was made by waving a towel in the same manner as the dragon in the animation.
